Client support

Good support starts with a shared picture.

A clear route, useful context and an agreed owner help the right people understand a live-service issue. Here is how support is structured for Meridian Ledgerworks engagements.

How we support live services

Support shaped around the service and its owners.

For client engagements, service boundaries, responsible teams and escalation contacts are agreed in writing before a service handover. Support is tailored to that operating model; it is not an unbounded helpdesk or a substitute for your contracted emergency arrangements.

Meridian Ledgerworks is a fictional company. This page and request form are illustrative and do not provide a real emergency or production incident response service.

Service status: No live support desk is staffed through this website. If you are an existing client of an unrelated provider, use that provider’s agreed incident route.

Service Care

Planned maintenance guidance, release-readiness reviews and a defined route for routine product or integration questions during agreed business hours.

Operational Partnership

Regular service reviews, priority triage for the scope agreed in a statement of work, and support for recurring exceptions and improvement planning.

Embedded Reliability

Reliability expertise alongside a client team, focused on monitoring, incident learning, deployment safety and agreed on-call responsibilities.

Incident response

Understand impact. Establish ownership. Keep a record.

For a contracted engagement, the specific response targets, escalation contacts and service hours are set in the relevant agreement. The outline below describes our intended working principles only.

01 / ASSESS

Describe impact

Identify affected service, time noticed, users or transactions affected and whether a workaround is available. Record facts separately from assumptions.

02 / COORDINATE

Bring owners together

Route the issue through the agreed client channel and involve system owners according to the documented escalation path and severity criteria.

03 / LEARN

Resolve and review

Track actions and decisions, communicate status at an agreed cadence and review material incidents for practical follow-up and prevention.

Service hours and escalation principles

Working hours, time zones, response commitments and out-of-hours coverage are negotiated and documented per engagement; no universal service-level target is implied here. Escalation follows impact and service risk, uses named roles rather than personal workarounds, and keeps a clear audit trail. The website form is not monitored for urgent incidents.

Useful context

What to include in a request.

A concise report helps someone understand the work without sharing sensitive customer or payment information.

  • The service area and a short subject line
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead
  • When it began, with time zone if relevant
  • Impact, scope and any workaround tried
  • A safe reference or correlation ID, with personal data removed

Do not include passwords, full account numbers, authentication codes or unredacted customer records in this form.

Illustrative support request

This fictional-company form is for demonstration only and does not create a staffed support channel.

Share only the minimum business context required. Do not include credentials, payment details or identifiable customer data.
